Multi-use Mytrunnion-5

  • The Mytrunnion-5 is a simultaneously controlled 5-axis machine with an X, Y, & Z axis, and additional tilting A-Axis (150°/-120° to 30°) and a rotary C-Axis (360°) with a 0.001° minimum indexing command.
  • Machining of high precision, complicated parts is completed in one operation, reducing the overall machining process.
  • The max work piece size of Ø 630 mm x 960 mm and max loading capacity of 400 kg allow incredible flexibility and versatility in machining.

A factory installed 2-station automatic pallet changer is an available option for increased spindle utilization.

Ultra high precision (positioning accuracy of +-0.0009 mm, repeatability of +-0.0005 mm) with simultaneous 5-axis capabilities allow superb surface finishes while saving on labor and tooling costs.
